Our Turn-Key Integrated PACS/RIS/Viewing product is a State-of-the-Art, full featured, rock solid complete solution.
Tracks each patient appointment through a complete imaging process including billing and final archival of patient information.
- Patient appointment
- Image pre-fetching to local and or remote Diagnostic and/or Referral Viewing stations
- Validation and verification of patient information as input at appointment and modality and compared to primary patient database
- Automatic sending of completed Imaging to Diagnostic and/or Referral Viewing stations.
- Digital MP3 driven dictation module. Clearer and more convenient then tape systems. Computer foot petals available for typist to control start, stop, and back voice listening functions.
- Imaging, voice dictation and written dictation available immediately upon completion via all local, remote and web-viewing locations as required and desired by client.
- All information available immediately and as desired via secure web-link including pre-fetch, imaging and dictation voice & text.
- Images available for Diagnostic or referral purposes via the WEB. Diagnostic physicians can either use a local Diagnostic viewing solution or a WEB based browser application with on board diagnostic tools.
- Completed Diagnostic reports automatically e-mailed and/or faxed to physicians.
- Creates Invoice and Billing reports
- Images, dictation-voice and text all permanently stored together along with Patient data and prior imaging encounter information.
- Systems capture and summarize all information for administrative and managerial purposes. Print either pre-defined reports or export the data to MS-Excel to manipulate to create graphs. Information includes clicks by modality, type of study, physician, site, billings.
Workflow bridge: Unique to this integration, the developers have created a unique workflow bridge into the Viewing station from both RIS and PACS servers integrating password, dictation, and workflow. The bridge is part of and a preface to the Viewer, not just another program.
