Partners of PCCG are agents or in another word
are franchises that have formed a partnership network
of skilled and experienced personnel in the radiology
market. There are several different levels at which
PCCG partners participate. Together they provide
a nationwide network of sales and support representatives
for PCCG Products & Services. PCCG specifically
qualifies its partners and relationships to ensure
high quality representation and product consultant
expertise.

The different levels of Partners are as follows:
Referral Agent: Refers prospective
qualified sales leads to PCCG. PCCG then quotes
and solicits the opportunity and will upon client
purchase provide the complete solution. Hardware,
Software, Training, Support, etc. PCCG then offers
after a purchase a variable referral fee for the
properly registered lead. Who makes and ideal referral
agent for PCCG? radiology (non competing) product
sales reps, radiology facility employees (techs,
admins, rads, front desk clerks), Current Customers,
Referral physicians, IT personnel, Anyone with a
specific radiology connection.
Sales Agent: Acts as a sub-contracted
sales representative on PCCG’s behalf and
actively pursues and generates leads. Sales Agent
will with proper training will quote and actually
perform all tasks through purchase. PCCG still provides
the complete solution. Hardware, Software, Training,
Support, etc. Sales agents make a larger fee than
referral agents and have some end quote pricing
control. Application, Sub-contracted employment
form, and training required for this level. Who
makes an ideal PCCG sales agent? Professional medical
sales persons, software or hardware sales persons,
radiology facility employees (techs, admins, front
desk clerks), (non competing) radiology product
sales reps
VAR Agent: Acts as a value added
reseller by bundling their services or products
with PCCG’s products as an integrated product
purchase. They may provide additional products that
integrate with PCCG’s products. They may also
perform such tasks as actual IT, installation, training,
& support with server hardware and software
being provided by PCCG. The rate of compensation
for services depends on the level of services contracted
to be provided by the VAR as part of a sale. VAR
or PCCG writes final contract with customer and
has final control over end quote. Application, Sub-contracted
form, and training required for this level. Who
makes and ideal VAR for PCCG? Radiology or medical
related (non competing) companies, IT Companies,
Programmers, RIS/ Offsite storage / Tele-radiology
Service Reseller, Purchasing groups.
OEM Agent: A product partner or
vendor whom wants to represent PCCG’s product
as their own products with their own label as part
of an overall solution. OEMS acts a distributor
and provides everything to the end customer with
PCCG as a secondary backup manufacture support venue
contacted only by OEM agent. Existing relationship
and volume requirements usually preferred, Only
applies to PCCG owned products, Application, formal
contract, and training required for this level.
Distributor pricing applies. Who makes an idea PCCG

competing) companies, Integrated product partners,
IT Companies, Programmers, RIS/ Offsite storage
/ Tele-radiology Service Reseller, Purchasing groups.
