This allows a Transcriptionist with web access and speakers to listen to and type the report directly into the web based RIS or the PACS application to be reviewed by the Radiologist.

With this interface you can almost eliminate human error from reports being misnamed or lost as they always are linked to their specific dictation .wav files and exams. 

Because the applications are web based and in real time this allows immediate turn around and accessibility of the report for review and distribution to all physicians. 

If in the event you have a Stat case and you need to hear the dictation before it is even transcribed you can log in and listen to the .wav file as soon as it is completed by the radiologist without having to wait for the typed report.

Reports once completed if using PCCG RIS can be automatically faxed, or printed for mailing upon completion.
